Villages of Irvine

The Priority Registration Program
The Priority Registration Program is a process, meant to help you secure priority to purchase a home
within The 2010 New Home Collection. All participants in the program must be registered with the Villages of
Irvine. Not registered? Click here.
Step 1
Complete the Priority Registration Form at www.VillagesofIrvine.com/Priority. Purchase priority will be established by the chronological order in which the completed form is received by Villages of Irvine. Upon completing Step 1, you will receive a confirmation email that includes the date and time your submission was received.
Step 2
Visit the neighborhood(s) sales gallery for a meeting with the builder sales consultant to review floorplans, features and home locations. After reviewing neighborhood information and determining the home best suited for you and your family, a builder sales consultant will guide you through the pre-qualification process and requirements. Each builder will have specified lending requirements that must be met in order to pre-qualify and proceed to Step 3. If you don’t pre-qualify or provide the requested information, your priority placement can not be guaranteed.
Step 3
Once your pre-qualification is approved by the builder, your plan selection and homesite preference will be determined with a builder sales consultant for your preferred neighborhood. Phase release participation will be determined by availability and your priority order.
Homes will be sold based on priority order with non-contingent buyers receiving priority over contingent buyers. Each builder receives the right to pre-sell homes to employees, affiliates, or subcontractors, which will be limited per phase. Sales procedures may be modified as deemed necessary. Villages of Irvine® is a registered trademark of The Irvine Company LLC. Neighborhoods included within The 2010 New Home Collection Priority Registration Program include Carmel, Montecito, Sonoma, Coronado, Monterey, Santa Cruz and Santa Rosa. All pre-qualification requirements are set forth by the builder. Priority is not guaranteed.
